# Welcome to the Updated Infinite Options Dashboard

We've given Infinite Options a fresh new look, and we think you're going to love it.

Everything you already know how to do is still here. Your Option Sets, your fields, your assignments, your conditional logic. \
\
What changed is that the dashboard is now cleaner, more organized, and easier to navigate. A few things moved, and some features got meaningful upgrades along the way.

This guide will show you where everything lives so you can get back to building options with confidence.

#### The Main Dashboard

The first thing you'll notice is that the main Option Sets screen has been simplified. \
\
Each Option Set now shows you the number of options it contains, the product assignment rule, and when it was last updated -- all without having to open anything.

There's also a search bar at the top so you can find a specific Option Set quickly if you have a lot of them.

To open an existing Option Set, just click its name. To create a new one, click **Create Option Set** in the top right corner.

\
One thing worth knowing: each Option Set now opens in its own screen. When you're done working in an Option Set and want to create a new one, click the **X** in the top right corner to close it and return to the main dashboard.\
\
The **Create Option Set** button lives on the main dashboard, so that's always your starting point for anything new.

#### The Option Set Screen

The Option Set screen is now organized into two clear sections: **Options** at the top and **Assign to products** below. It's easier to see everything at a glance, and the layout makes it clearer which step you're on when setting things up.

Reordering options is now done by dragging the handle on the left side of each option row, which feels a lot more natural than the old up and down arrows.

#### Adding Options

You'll find the **Create Option Set** button in the top right corner of the Options section. If you're starting a brand new Option Set, you'll also see a friendly&#x20;

**Add my first option** button in the center of the screen.

#### **The Option Editor**

Each option now opens in its own dedicated editor screen, which gives you a lot more breathing room to configure everything without the page feeling cluttered.

Navigate back to view all of your option sets by using the **X** on the top right of the screen.

Before closing an option, make sure to save your changes. When changes are detected, a **Save** button appears in the top navigation. Closing the option without clicking Save will discard anything you've entered.

The editor is organized into clear sections:

* Names, Label on Product and Label on Cart
* Input Type
* Values, for options with selectable choices like dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes, and swatches
* Required, toggle to make this option mandatory before customers can add the product to cart
* Optional, Help text, character limits, and class name

#### Label on Product and Label on Cart

These two fields have always existed, but they now have their own clearly labeled fields at the top of the editor so there's no guessing.

**Label on Product** is what shoppers see above the field on the product page. **Label on Cart** is what appears in the cart, at checkout, and on the order. You can keep them the same or customize each one independently.

#### Live Preview

This is one of our favorite upgrades. As you configure an option, a live preview appears on the right side of the editor showing exactly how it will look to your customers.

Use the **Product** and **Cart** toggles to switch between both views without leaving the editor. No more guessing how something will look until you check your storefront.

#### Adding and Pricing Values

Values now have their own dedicated **Values** section inside the option editor. Once a cost is added to a value, you'll see the linked product name and price right there on the row so everything is visible at a glance.

You can reorder values by dragging the handle on the left.

* **Add Another Option Value** adds values one at a time
* **Bulk Add** lets you paste in multiple values at once, one per line -- great for options with a long list of choices

#### Conditional Logic

In the old dashboard, conditional logic lived in a separate section of the menu. Now it lives within the Optional list beneath the option values you've created. You can click the Conditional Logic title and then the Add conditional logic button to get started.

<figure><img src="/files/Gvx08WKbWoiTZ6RJS9hx" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

When a rule is active, a short summary appears directly under the option name on the Option Set screen. You can see all of your conditional logic rules at a glance without opening anything.

To create or edit a rule, click Conditional Logic from the Optional list. A panel will open where you can set:

* Whether to **Show** or **Hide** the option
* Whether to trigger on **Always**, **When ALL conditions match**, or **When ANY conditions match**
* The specific condition: which field, what operator, and what value

#### Import from Uploadery

If you use Uploadery for file uploads, you can now import your Uploadery Option Sets directly into Infinite Options without rebuilding anything from scratch.

When adding a new option, select **Import from Uploadery** at the bottom of the input type picker. A panel will open showing your existing Uploadery Option Sets. Select the one you want to import, and it will be added to your current Option Set.<br>

Start by selecting: Uploadery from the inputs<br>

<figure><img src="/files/z5xskl6LpfviCVpjYAca" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Assigning Options to Products

The assignment section has moved to the bottom of the Option Set screen under **Assign to products**. Click **Assign products** to set your rules.

You can assign by Tag, Vendor, Type, URL, Handle, or All Products -- the same options you're used to, just in a cleaner layout.

#### Date Picker

Date Picker used to require a code snippet to get running. That's no longer the case. It's now a standard input type you can select directly from the input type list, just like a dropdown or text field. No code required to display it.

If you want to customize how it looks, code snippets are still available for that. But for most merchants, just selecting it from the list is all you need.
