# Request the Expert Install Service

Need some assistance setting up and styling Tracktor? Simply request the Expert Install Service from your **Tracktor app sidebar** under the **Help section**, and our team can do it for you. After you've filled out the information, we will send you a [collaborator's request](/tracktor/expert-install-service/approving-shoppad-collaborator-request.md) and we'll proceed with the app installation within 1 business day. \

We will need access to your settings (notifications), Search/Navigation, and Applications.
