# Price Plans

Tracktor offers several price plans, including our Free plan that includes 25 orders per month.

After installing Tracktor, you will be prompted to select a price plan. You can also change your price plan at any time during the billing period from the **Account** tab of the dashboard. 

We recommend choosing the plan that best suits your store by the average number of orders you receive per month. Higher-value plans will be available once you accept the Essential plan.

### Billable Orders

Our plans are based on the number of orders. Your customers have unlimited lookups.

All orders except for the following are considered a billable order:&#x20;

* Shopify POS orders&#x20;
* Test orders placed using the bogus gateway&#x20;
* Digital orders that don't require shipping

You can click to change your Tracktor plan at any time. Any subscription charges will be prorated. You can learn more about that [here](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/manage-billing/your-invoice/apps#app-prorating-upgrades-and-downgrades).

### Overage Charges

Your plan will be automatically upgraded when your overage charges for your current billing period are more than the cost of the next higher plan. This is to provide you with the most cost-effective plan at all times.

For merchants on the Advanced plan you can view delivery reports including the number of orders and the amount of times that your customers are tracking their order's shipping status on your store is displayed on the Tracktor "**Delivery Reports**" section.

If you ever reach your limit for orders on your store, you will receive an email notification. This email will be sent to the whichever email address is set within your **Contact Details** table, in the **Account section.**

### The Starter Plan

The Starter plan gives you 25 orders per month at no cost. To activate it, you'll need to accept a Shopify billing charge during signup. This confirms the plan on your store even though there's no cost as long as you stay within the order limit.

Once your store reaches its 26th order in a calendar month, Tracktor automatically upgrades your plan to Flex to keep tracking your orders without interruption.

### The Affiliate Free Plan

The Affiliate Free plan is available for development stores run by Shopify partners and includes all the features from the Essential plan and 10 orders per month.&#x20;
